Whether it's a repair, replacement or custom made product of brass, aluminium, steel or plastic, you can be assured of the highest quality of work with a guarantee.

We won't recommend costly complete replacement radiators
over the phone or after just a quick glance at your problem.
We 'purge' your engine and heater system to flush out rusty or
contaminated water to extend the life of your cooling system.
We remove and replace a tank when doing a 'cleanout' to
ensure the core is clear.
We replace your hose clips, caps and antifreeze with
proven quality replacement products.
We pressure test your radiator and cooling system to
ensure the problem is solved.

 

New plastic radiators and tanks are available for most vehicles.

With our Plastic Tank Radiator machines we can guarantee a sound
finished job. Plastic Tanks require an even pressure application
while being secured to the core, which is not possible without the
correct machine.

Plastic Tanks should not be fitted without this equipment

Some original plastic tanks are not available for
repairing your radiator. A damaged plastic
tank cannot be successfully welded.
We can replace that split or damaged tank with
a longer life aluminium product that we
fabricate when required.
If your original core is sound, it will cost
less to fit one of our custom made replacement
tanks than it would to purchase a complete
new radiator

 

 

We can make an aluminium radiator to your specifications
or we can advise you on your cooling needs for all
applications. We quote from your posted or faxed plans,
tell us the measurements over the phone, or drop in
and see us.
We provide quality radiators and repairs for standard, high
performance and vintage vehicles and can upgrade your
standard system where extra cooling is required for towing.

If you have purchased a used radiator we can pressure test
and clean it so you can be assured of a reliable performance once
it is fitted.
